Read MoreI always remember skiving lessons because I didn’t want to read out loud or make a presentation, through fear of saying the wrong word, reading slowly or getting all the sentences muddled up. Throughout my education I have learnt lots of tricks to prevent those shaky moments, often using the positive creative side of dyslexia to help me do the talking. I relish the opportunity to be a Dyslexia Creative Mentor, as it will allow me to share some the tips and tricks I have developed, and also learn lots of new ones. It would be great to show children that dyslexia shouldn’t prevent you from going for what you want, and that it can perhaps take you on a more interesting journey.
